Shipping & delivery
Free ground shipping on most U.S. orders, delivered fast from our Miami warehouse.
Evideco offers free ground shipping on most orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Shipping time & carrier info
- Orders placed before 2PM EST ship same day once payment is received.
- Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- Signature is not required unless specified by the carrier.
- Fully trackable: you will receive an email with your tracking link once your order leaves our Miami warehouse.
Shipping exceptions & surcharges
Free shipping may not apply to:
- Special order items
- Certain remote destinations
- Oversized or heavy products (shipping surcharges apply)
When applicable, these charges will appear on the product page and in the shipping subtotal at checkout.
Destinations not eligible for free shipping
- International orders
- Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Due to carrier size restrictions, some items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, a notice will appear during checkout.
Missed delivery
If you are not home, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions or information on which carrier location (USPS, FedEx or UPS) is holding your parcel.
