How can I process a return online? Don’t worry,that’s so easy!
We want you to love every Evideco’s purchase–that’s why we’ve made returns so easy!
- LOG IN on Evideco.com and go on your dashboard to see your order
- CLICK on RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) , choose the order you want to return and click on Return
- SUBMIT REQUEST , we will send you an email under 24 hours with the return instructions
- PACK items, slip in your confirmation page and pop on the shipping label
- SHIP from any USPS (small parcel, lightweight product), or UPS or Fedex (large parcel, heavy item) location and you’re done!
NO RESTOCKING FEES (If product(s) is not returned damaged or in a condition that is different from the condition in which we sent it)
30 DAYS RETURN (date of receipt)

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, no restocking fees will be applied unless the product is returned damaged or in a condition that is different from the condition in which we sent it, in this case, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. Return/restocking fee applies to refused deliveries or after 3rd delivery attempt. The shipping cost paid by EVIDECO to send the product will be deducted from the refund or will have to be paid by the buyer to EVIDECO before sending back the order to the buyer with a new address or more precise address
You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Please request a return by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number, name and product id.
Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Evideco with the shipment tracking number.

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
If you receive a damaged item, Evideco will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible – at no cost to you.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.

Please notify Evideco of any damages on the product or packaging within 5 days of receipt.
