How to Start a Return Online

Log in to your account at Evideco.com and go to your dashboard

Select your order and copy/paste the order number

Submit your return request with your order number– we’ll email you return instructions within 24 hours

Pack the item(s) with the confirmation page inside and attach the return label

Ship the package from any:

USPS location for small/lightweight items

UPS or FedEx location for large/heavy items

30-Day Return Window: You may return unused items in original condition/packaging within 30 days of receipt

No Restocking Fees: As long as items are returned in original condition

Fast Refunds: Refunds are issued the same day we receive your return

No Shipping Deductions: We do not deduct any shipping charges from your refund—we promise!

A restocking fee may apply only if:

The product is returned damaged or used

The product is refused at delivery or undeliverable after 3 attempts

In such cases, original shipping charges paid by Evideco will be deducted from your refund, or must be paid prior to reshipping

Damage Policy
We take great care to package all items carefully. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days at [email protected] and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—at no cost to you.

If the outer packaging is severely damaged, please refuse delivery and have it returned to us

If there is minor packaging damage, note it when signing for the shipment
