The cap is cut from ribbed corduroy in rust and finished with a woven herringbone trim. It sits above a cotton canvas stem in soft cream. Inside, a fill of 90 percent sand and 10 percent fabric brings the piece to 2.3 lb. That's heavy enough to hold an interior door in place, yet light enough to nudge with a foot.
