We want you to love every purchase from Evideco. If something isn’t quite right, returning your item is simple and hassle-free.

How to start a return online

1. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.
2. Select your order and copy your order number.
3. Submit your return request with your order number. We will email you return instructions within 24 hours.
4. Pack the item(s) with the confirmation page inside and attach the return label.
5. Ship the package from any USPS location (small/lightweight items) or UPS/FedEx location (large/heavy items).

What you should know

• 30-day return window: return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
• No restocking fees as long as items are returned in original condition.
• Fast refunds: refunds are issued the same day we receive your return.
• No shipping deductions: we do not deduct any shipping charges from your refund.

Important notes

A restocking fee may apply only if:

• The product is returned damaged or used, or
• The product is refused at delivery or undeliverable after 3 attempts.

In such cases, the original shipping charges paid by Evideco will be deducted from your refund, or must be paid prior to reshipping. We highly recommend insuring return shipments and providing a tracking number.
